Yes. Every quote is free and happens in person at your house, usually the same day you call or the next day.
We quote in person. Size, materials, access and what is under the old work all change the number, and we need to see them to give you a price that holds.

No. No two jobs are the same, so every job is quoted at the house. The quote costs you nothing.
Usually a down payment up front, then the rest when the job is complete. The terms are written on your contract.

The work and how long it takes
Most roofs take 1 to 2 days from tear-off to cleanup. A bigger or steeper roof, or a stretch of rain, can add a day, and we tell you that at the quote.
Most siding jobs take 2 to 3 days.
A 12x12 deck, the size we build most, usually takes 1 to 2 days. Bigger decks, two levels and covered porches take longer, and you get a time for yours at the quote.
It depends on what we find. A few missing shingles or a cracked pipe boot can often be fixed in place. When the shingles are worn out across the whole roof, a new roof makes more sense. We tell you which one we see and why.
Our own electrical and plumbing crews, and our own framing crew does the framing. It is all in one quote.
We handle the permit where one is needed.
Yes. On a roof we clean up the yard and the drive before we leave, and we walk the finished work with you.
Warranty and insurance claims
Yes. Our work carries a 5-year workmanship warranty.
Yes. If storm damage is part of the job, we work with your insurance company and the adjuster, and we show you what we find. What your policy covers is between you and your insurance company.
